Find ways to praise your team, both as one and individually. If your team is not being recognized for their hard work, they will struggle to stay engaged with the position.

Give your team bonuses, such as occasional free lunches, flexible work hours, and even gym memberships. Make sure you give them more than the bare minimum.

4. Encourage Breaks
