Anyone who knows me would probably tell you that I’m a Potterhead. Even before the series hit the bookstores here in the Philippines, my mother already got me a copy of the first three books. And low and behold, I already fell in love with Harry and the wizarding world!
Today, the girlfriend and I decided to visit The Nook Cafe. Located in Maginhawa Street, this Harry Potter (movie) inspired cafe will surely be a hit to anyone who’s a fan of this series!
We were greeted with a countertop filled with Harry Potter paraphernalias such as books, chocolate frog boxes, and a broom.
Now the fun part, food! We ordered spaghetti carbonara, sour ‘n cream wings (with rice), cheesy spice wings (with chips), and of course – BUTTER BEER!
Taste of the food isn’t bad as well as the serving size. Price ranges from P100 – P200 which is definitely budget friendly. If there’s one thing I can complain about is the space. It’s too small and can only accommodate around 15 people at a time.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most importantly, we enjoyed the food! We’ll definitely come back once we’re in the area.
