Crazy month for me as I try to finish my monthly goals at work (thank goodness I work home based!) which is basically the reason why I haven’t done any Pin It! Wednesdays post for the past 2 weeks.
The weather here in the Philippines has been bipolar lately – one day it’s crazy hot, the next day it will be raining so hard. Which is why today, I’ll be sharing with you all a chart containing vitamin rich foods. Although drinking multivitamins everyday can protect us from getting sick, eating nutritious food is also your best bet in keeping yourself from getting ill.
